This South Florida Inspired home was designed for some innovative clients in Franklin in the prestigious Oakes Estates Subdivision.
We were introduced to our clients on this project through a referral who recommended Synergy Homes specifically. The homeowners wanted to feature an in-ground pool, covered porch, and grotto area in the rear with an outdoor fireplace and kitchenette. This custom home design has a second side 2 car garage that is pushed towards the back of the house. Besides adding extra garage space, it adds privacy to the lanai and outdoor kitchen & living space.
