This latest custom home we are working on is truly a masterpiece. Our clients were looking for their very own Mediterranean villa, right here in Franklin, Wisconsin.
This home was custom designed by architect Dipen Patel, a Kansas City, MO architect. This plan was designed to fit exactly what our clients were looking for. The result is this Mediterranean-inspired home with elegant exterior features such as clay roof tiles, stucco walls, arches, and enclosed outdoor spaces. This large home includes 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a theatre room, and more!
