Architectural Control Requirements
- One story minimum: 1,800 sq. ft.
- Two story minimum: 2,200 sq. ft.
- Multi/Bi-Level: 2,000 sq. ft above front yard grade.
- Setbacks 10’ side, 30’ street/rear.
- Water and sewer laterals to lot line, sidewalks, curb and gutter to all lots.
Directions to the Subdivision
Take Hwy 100 to South Nicholson Road, south past Oakwood Road. The subdivision is under construction on the east side of Nicholson just north of East Elm Road.
They are currently taking reservations on the lots.
