Synergy Homes was recently featured on American Dream TV!
American Dream TV Host Angela Kallay visited two of our in-progress homes in Franklin, WI where she and her camera crew toured the custom homes during the construction process. Steve Wamser, Synergy Homes owner, walked her through the homes and shared interesting features about the building process with Angela. He highlighted the benefits of building a custom home. “You don’t just take a standard model home and plop it on the lot. You want to design the home to take advantage of the lot,” he said. The timing of this walk-through—in the midst of the construction process—is very interesting because you can see what’s behind the walls and the structure of the home.
The first home they toured includes a prep kitchen, hearth room, 10-foot ceilings, and a huge deck. A really neat feature in this home is a golf bay with a radiant heat floor in the basement. Each house we build at Synergy Homes is a close collaboration with the homeowner, so this was definitely an entertainment feature the homeowner loved.
The second home includes a Florida-inspired design with two attached garages. The homeowner came to Synergy Homes with an idea and we customized it for their needs and it fits perfectly on the lot they chose.
