About Us
Synergy Homes owner, Steve Wamser, has been in the home building business since 2014. Steve spent years in the cabinetry, flooring and countertop business, working with countless home builders, remodelers, and contractors. In 2014 Steve and his wife built a new home in Franklin, WI. Steve became deeply involved in the process of building his new home—truly experiencing the process from the homeowner's prospective.
Following that experience, Steve went to work for a larger home builder, helping to refine the new home building process. Finally, in 2021 he created Synergy Homes WI, LLC. Steve and his wife, Anastacia, live in Franklin with their three kids and their morkie Emmie.
Steve has assembled a team of the very best. We're ready to work with you to design and build the home you and your family are dreaming of. From lot selection and new construction plans, we'll walk you through the entire process until we hand you the keys and beyond.
